Trip Itinerary

Our itinerary includes time on the slopes for all skill levels.

Beyond skiing, you’ll have the chance to connect with fellow attendees to socialise making this a rewarding and memorable experience.

All you need to do is book your flights. Here are our recommended timings for seamless transfers:

Outbound:
We will recommend specific flights in our confirmation email to you but if you would like to use our transfers, please book a flight to arrive at Geneva at approximately 9.30am

Inbound:
Again, we will confirm in our email to you but our transfer from Morzine to Geneva will leave at 1.00pm, enabling a flight departure time of around 5.30pm.

Feel free to choose different flights, but if you need to arrive or leave at a different time, we will ask you to make your own way to or from the airport.

10.30 Transfer from Geneva airport
12.00 Arrive in Morzine. Quick change, collecting equipment and a bite to eat than head out onto the slopes.
16:00 Après ski
19.00 Return to chalets to change and pre-dinner drinks
19:30 Dinner in the Chalet
21.30 Optional after dinner drinks
22:30 Return to chalet

08:00 Breakfast in chalet
09:00 Meet our guides
14:30 Lunch (venue to be confirmed)
17:00 Après ski
18:30 Return to Chalet to change
